Dr. Colleen Caron, DVM
As a dedicated and compassionate veterinarian, Dr. Caron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in animal healthcare. Dr. Caron graduated with a Bachelor of science degree in 2001 from the University of Guelph and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2005. Dr. Caron is committed to providing top-notch care for small animals, helping owners make their pets lives better and exploring the animal-human bond. Dr.Caron has been practicing veterinary medicine for 19 years. She worked at an animal hospital in Kitchener for 10 years before coming to Rose City Animal Hospital, and has locumed in emergency and general practice which has equipped her with the ability to handle a wide range of medical cases and emergencies. Outside of work, Dr. Caron keeps busy with her family which includes her husband, three young boys, a dog named Flint and a cat named Tiger. She loves to be apart of her sons school activities as they excel in sports, music and martial arts.
Area of expertise: Along side her compassionate care for animals, Dr. Caron is determined to help each and every pet that she sees. Her hard work and determination proves she is dedicated to promote the health and well being of all animals.
